由于国外需求疲软、当地钢铁生产商的支持不足，中国石墨电极价格在5月下跌。因此，利 润率也随之下降，这使一些工厂大幅降低了产能利用率。
主要基准价格在一个月内下降了800‑900美元/吨，降至2200‑2500美元/吨EXW（与 FOB水平相当）。最大的优质电极生产商给印度报价是2600美元/吨CFR，相当于5月底的 2530‑2550美元/吨FOB或2500美元/吨EXW。
