Строительство металлургического завода «Ферростар» в «Титановой Долине» стартует летом 2020 года
АО «Ферростар» (находится под управлением инвестиционной компании «Юламенс-Инвест») приступит к строительству завода по производству железа прямого восстановления на своей площадке в ОЭЗ «Титановая Долина» (Свердловская область, г. Верхняя Салда) в I полугодии 2020 года. Предполагаемый срок начала работ – июнь. Об этом сообщил генеральный директор АО «Ферростар» Ильдар Мухутдинов. Общий объем инвестиций в проект, включая организацию площадки, строительство помещений, приобретение и установку оборудования, оценивается в 2,24 млрд. руб.
Производственный процесс завода «Ферростар» будет основан на применении технологии прямого восстановления железа FCIT (fast cast iron technology). Необходимое оборудование – непрерывно работающая кольцевая печь с вращающимся подом, позволит получать металл высокой чистоты (не мене 96%) вдвое быстрее и дешевле, чем при классическом доменном производстве.
«В настоящее время идет процесс оформления договора аренды на земельный участок под завод, площадью 6,4 га. Предприятие мы планируем построить и запустить за полтора года, к декабрю 2021, а с февраля 2022 оно выйдет на плановое производство в 151 тыс. тонн железа прямого восстановления в год; основными заказчиками станут крупные российские и зарубежные металлургические предприятия. Для обеспечения процесса потребуется железорудное сырье объемом 245 тыс. тонн в год, стратегические контракты с поставщиками уже заключены. Планируемый срок окупаемости проекта – 3,5 года», – рассказал Ильдар Мухутдинов.
На территории особой экономической зоны новое предприятие создаст около 80 рабочих мест различной квалификации. Планируется, что в штате будут жители г. Верхней Салды.
Напомним, в ОЭЗ «Титановая долина» также планируется строительство аналогичного по технологии производства – «Верхнесалдинского металлургического завода» (АО «ВСМЗ»), которое будет выпускать литейный гранулированный чугун.
