Shandong Jing Yang Technology Co., Ltd. is a chemical and processed products company located at No. 326, 9th Industry Rd, Economic Development Zone, Yangxin County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, P. R. China, with more than 220 employees and a registered capital of ¥160,000,000. 

Jing Yang Technology started out with oil-based needle coke as a primary product, up to this day, however, the company has extended its product line centered around needle coke, as the 300 kt/a needle coke raw material pre-processing project and the 100 kt/a needle coke combination unit went into operation. Raw materials required by the pre-processing device include: cutback bitumen, heavy oil, FCC slurry, and raw oil. Main products of the pre-processing device include: heavy aromatics, 10# Bitumen, 70# Bitumen, 100# Bitumen, 140# Bitumen (# refers to penetration grade according to China’s Bitumen Penetration Grading System), crude white oil, and fuel oil. Raw material required by the combination unit include: heavy aromatics and others. Main products of the combination unit include: calcined needle coke, naphtha, gas oil and wax oil.
